What Jibi is

• Jibi is a tool to note and follow your own spending: wallets, budgets, savings goals, debts and foreign currencies. It is free to use.
• Jibi doesn’t move money. It isn’t a bank, a payment service or an exchange office, and it never connects to your bank accounts. The amounts are the ones you type in.

Your account

• Give accurate information when you sign up, and keep your password to yourself. You’re responsible for what happens with your account.
• An account is for one person. You must be legally able to accept these terms, or have the permission of a parent or guardian.
• Tell us at {email} if you think someone else is using your account.

Your data

• What you record in Jibi stays yours. We use it only to run the service, as described in our privacy policy.
• You’re responsible for what you enter, including the names you give to the people in your debts.
• You can reset your data or delete your account at any time from the app’s settings.

Not financial advice

• Jibi helps you see where your money goes. It doesn’t give financial, tax, legal or investment advice.
• Exchange rates and values shown in other currencies are indications only: rates collected from public sources, or the rate you set yourself. Don’t rely on them to buy or sell currency.
• Budget alerts, statistics and totals come from what you entered. Check important figures against your own records.

Using Jibi fairly

Don’t use Jibi for anything illegal, and don’t:

• try to access other people’s accounts or data;
• try to break, overload or get around the security of the service;
• copy the service or collect its content with automated tools.

The service

• We work to keep Jibi available and your data safe, but the service is provided as it is: it may sometimes be interrupted, and features may change or be removed.
• Within the limits allowed by law, Jibi isn’t responsible for indirect losses, or for decisions you make based on what the app shows.

Ending

• You can stop using Jibi and delete your account whenever you want.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after warning you when that’s possible.

Law and changes

• These terms are governed by Algerian law.
• If these terms change, we’ll update the date at the top. For important changes, we’ll tell you in the app or by email before they apply. Using Jibi after that means you accept the new terms.
